What can we do about obesity?
One thing that I think of a lot or like is peoples health. I will write about different health issues that is out there and today I begin with obesity. Obesity is one of the biggest health issues in the world. We see where this is going(Obesity world). BUT thanks to all healthy people out there, all gyms in the world, all health apps, all health organisations and of course with all willing people ready to change we might turn this around. At least we can hope for it. We all want a healthier world, but it's a lot to do to get there. I think for a person with obese it's important to have people who belive in you, not put to much preasure but not to little. And it's important to know that it can take some time to get in healthier daily basis and to lose fat. I think the most important thing is to get to know stuff about it self and see whats work for you. Just begin to take a walk for 30 minutes every day and maybe just skip that one extra cookie. Thats not so much to ask?!  That extra energy you get from that cookie the same enery you can get from walking or exercise. The endorphines is poppin up while exercise. Hopefully this get you to take it to the next level. The most important is that it feels good for you and that you don't get sick, and that is what we wanna achive with less obese people. Prevention. 
 
What obesity can do to your body? 
Gives you high blod pressure and heart disease.
Weak body. Increased risk of bone fracture. 
Malnutrision. You might think how is that even possible? Lots of food but low in all nutrions can cause malnutrision.
Fatigue. 
Type 2 diabetes
Low self esteem and confidence.
The sick part is that everything comes togheter. You eat unhealthy you get tired and get obesity, that gives you malnutrion and increase your risk for high blodpresure and heart diseases. Typ 2 diabetes is very incommon with people with obesity and diabetes gives you low bone density that gives you bone fractual and if you get all that you probably get very low self esteem and lack of confident. So everything comes togheter. But we wanna prevent this don't we? And for you guys who already have it. You can get help to live like normal and be a hero for others out there.
What 30 minutes of walking can make to your body? 
Increase dopamine and endorphines. Reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Makes you happier. Good 4 weightloss
Increase weightloss.
Get better heart and lung fitness.
Reduce risk of heart disease and stroke.
Stronger bones.
Better circulations in the body that makes you less stiff in the muscles.
 
The most important is you take it serious if you have problem and ask for help. It's a lots of people out there who is willing to help you. But don't get to serious so you hurt yourself and you lose control. Health should be fun and gives you energy. Not draine you. 
 
WHO World Health Organisation Have a goal for us, people. To get a healthier world. I hope we all get healthier in all kinds of way. So don't forget just move 30 minutes extra every singel day if your not work out daily. 
 
Just think of that 38 million kids under 5 years old is overweight or have obese. That is scary. I know sometimes a lot happen in that age and hopefully it's getting better. But for those kids that keep growing. I think it's important to work with prevention. Teach parents and maybe make it to a funny game for the kids. Only have snacks on weekends and maybe do it to something fun. Maybe they can do something on the week days to earn one extra candy to the weekends, like run 10 times around the house. But you will just have candy budget so they can never get to much candy on the weekends. I just thinking now. Maybe it doesnt work at all. But I think food is important home cooked meal with not to much fat and suger in it. And knowledge about food and obesity. Time and economy is two of the biggest issues that makes us fatter. We need FAST CHEAP HEALTY meals. 
FAST - We don't have so much time. We work more. We study more. More time to hang out.
CHEAP - Everybody don't have lots of money. And often the fast food and the unhealthy food is just CHEAP. So there is two argument why fast and cheap and bad food wins. 
HEALTY - We need all that nutrions from all kind of foods. But not to much strange artificial food, that don't have those nutrions that our bodies need. 
 
Knowledge is important. Important to all people. And to prevent obesity it's important to teach our children and of course the parents to the children. The more knowledge and the more we actually see it works the more we wanna do it. Never forget it's never to late to get a healthier life. Better late than never. 
 1.9 Billion adults is overweight and of those 650 million is obese.
340 millions children between 5 - 19 years old is overweight or  have obese.
