Sweat is body cryin'
I want my body to cry. I want to squeeze it all out when I work out. Thats when you know you have a good work out. But sometimes you don't have that energy. So I guess a work out is better than none?! What are you guys doin' to motivate yourself when you just drop it? Or do you never quit?
If I drop it I use to look at some motivational youtube clip, call my sister to drag me out for a work out, beg my daddy to force me out for a run, look at some dope as motivational people on social media or just take a walk to get that feeling back. I love to work out so it's very easy to get back on track but if you don't love to work out it's harder. But I think work out with friends/family or in a group can change it or Personal Trainer, and if not that, make some note about what you want to achieve and then write what you achive on the way then go back and look at it, that can be a trigger to never stop. Your body is amazing and so are you. If I could make everyone love to work out I would do it. 4 a better world with better health and long lived life. Work out makes us live longer and healthier.
Shouldn't just that makes us never stop?!
