I really like to walk. Walk by myself when it's total quiet. Walk with a friend or family just have a good time. Walk with the best music pumping in my ears.
I feel that I really feel good about myself when I walk or work out. And if you walk instead of taking the car it's better 4 Mother Earth as well.
