Work out when having mental issues.
I'm aware that when you have mental issues you proabably not even have any thoughts of going to have a sweaty work out session. Infact that is just what you are going to do. In your own form and exakt so much you can handle. You don't have to go to the gym and have all those people around you. You need to get sweaty and feel like you have work out or at least tried to. Most important for those happy feeling to pop up. Just a little of them. If you have big issues I think you should talk to someone and maybe have some medication. But don't forget to work out even then. It's plenty of studies out there that can back up that. WORK OUT. SWEAT.

Things you can do:
Ask a friend/family member to join you for a walk, work out, run ect.
Put on some good music and just walk. (try to push yourself to go a little faster than you use to.)
Try some intervals. Example walk slow 1 minut, walk fast 30 seconds/1minute. Go 5 minutes. Run 1 minute. Or try to run in a hill and then go slow down. Nothing is wrong, the most important that it's feel good for you.
Look up some good work out movies on youtube and just try to get along.
If you strong enough you get a gym membership or join some sport you like.
Run round your house. Run in your stairs. Lift some weigts. Just try to push yourself. I promise it feels a little better.
You can also try to download some workout app like runtastic. It can motivates you and you also get something else to think of.

Take care of yourself people! Eat.Talk.Workout.Sleep.
